Questo è il tema di chiusura della stagione del Brancaleone, che ospita la seconda edizione del Festival Horror Indipendente "Interiora". Una porta aperta alle nuove idee: corti in concorso sottoposti alla giuria di qualità e ampi spazi espressivi a disposizione. Aperto fino al 20 Maggio il bando per candidarsi al concorso a breve disponibile sul sito www.interiora.org. Luci puntate dunque sui giovani registi che avranno l'opportunità di mostrare i propri lavori ad una commissione prestigiosa, tra gli altri Ivan Perciballi e Roberto Leoni. Tre i video finalisti a cui sarà dedicata la serata finale di premiazione alla presenza di illustri personaggi del mondo dello spettacolo. Tra i filmaker d'eccezione presenti Alessandro Bavari e Brian Viveros con pellicole fuori concorso. Grande cura nella selezione degli ospiti internazionali, tra i nomi Antonio Roybal, Jeff Kromer e Italia Ruotolo, che offriranno una raffinata panoramica sull'arte horror contemporanea. Diverse infatti le categorie artistiche in mostra: videoarte, arti visive, plastiche e arti performative. Ma è il confronto tra artisti affermati ed emergenti che contraddistingue queste tre giornate, determinate ad offrire visibilità ai nuovi creativi del genere. Un festival multidisciplinare dove anche la musica trova la dimensione dell'esperienza collettiva, portando sullo stesso palco influenze distanti in contaminazione. Una lucida ricerca della paura, che sfida lo spettatore ad affrontare momenti di tensione con interpreti di body performance, teatro e burlesque. Un'esperienza viscerale nell'underground per disorientare ogni certezza. Interiora è il silenzio che ascolta le vene pulsare, un movimento introflesso che nutre l'irrazionale.
